This will be the 14^th staging of this event, held annually in Alligator Pond, Manchester. This Seafood Carnival is one of the largest and most exciting events in Jamaica , bringing in over 4000 patrons  within  a 3-day span last year  to the destination.  It features an array of succulent dishes such as  curried lobster, jerk crab, steam/fry/jerk fish, grilled conch , jerk shark, festival and bammy to name a few. This year the event will feature more activities along with the usual exciting line up of entertainment including:

• Beach Party on July 8
• Farmers’ Market on July 9
• Kiddies Korner including rides, surprises and games
• Celebrity Chef throwdown with guest chef, Brian Lumley and Blackie 

There will also be a grand concert featuring popular Jamaican artistes – Konshens, Pat Levy, Rupert Levy, Sister Scully,Joan Flemmings and many more!
