Jamaica Food and Drink Festival: November 7-10, 2024

Éclat Opé​ra: An Evening of Arias, Classics, Spirituals & Jazz:  November 16 - 17, 2024

Location: Kingston, Jamaica

Bask in the elegance of classical music as the prestigious Philharmonic Orchestra of Jamaica (POJ) and the Concert Chorale of Harlem (CCH) a Grammy-award-winning classical group with Grammy nominated singers. Ananse SoundSplash: November 16-23, 2024

Location: Kingston

The Caribbean’s longest-running storytelling festival, Ananse SoundSplash will have its annual staging, from November 16 - 23, 2024. Join local and international storytellers and entertainers for this family-centred cultural event. In 2024 the festival will bring some activities to highlight and foster interest in heritage sites, such as Devon House. Ananse Soundsplash, celebrates Jamaica’s National Storytelling Day, on November 20.

Swim for the Sanctuary, Presented by Jamaica Inn: November 30, 2024

Location: Shaw Park Beach, Ocho Rios

Join us at Swim for Sanctuary, an annual event to raise funds and awareness of the work of the White River Fish Sanctuary. Swimmers of all ages & levels will participate in races at 500 metres, 1K, 3K, 5K, as well as relay events and a Paddle Board Open.

 

 

 

Mouttet Mile: December 7, 2024

Location: Caymanas, St. Catherine

This event is a one-mile race at Caymanas Park which carries a total purse value of US$250,000.00, making the race day the richest in the English-speaking Caribbean. The race will feature the top 3-year-old native breed and imported thoroughbreds, with 4 spaces reserved for international entrants. Dress to impress at this exclusive presentation of fashion, food, and rum experiences.

Reggae Marathon: December 8, 2024

Location: Negril, Jamaica 

The Reggae Marathon & Half Marathon is Jamaica’s premier International Marathon Event. Marathoners, sports enthusiasts as well as beginners, converge in Negril, Jamaica’s capital of casual, for a fun event characterized by good vibes and lots of Reggae music. Enthusiastic supporters come out along the looped, internationally certified course to support participants. The pulsating Reggae music on course also keeps participants in an “irie” spirit, as they burn the mileage.
