Sangster International Airport
From the runway to your resort in minutes
Sangster International (IATA airport code: MBJ) in Montego Bay is the preferred airport for many travelers. Just around the corner from the hotels, restaurants, and activites on Montego Bay's hip strip, Jimmy Cliff Boulevard, it's the most convenient port of entry if you're headed to Ocho Rios or Negril. At Sangster International Airport, you'll find hotel lounges and easy ground transfers to seamlessly make your way to your accommodation.
Montego Bay is the second city and is often referred to as 'the complete resort' with its array of accommodations, beautiful beaches, attractions, and a major cruise port. World class golf-courses and luxurious resorts are a short drive away. Whether your seeking heart-pumping adventure, cultural immersion, or laid-back relaxation, you'll find it in Montego Bay.
The airport is named in honour of Sir Donald Sangster, Jamaica's second Prime Minister. His image appears on the $5,000 note. For more information, visit the offical website of Sangster International Airport at http://mbjairport.com.
